Defeat, and those that hurt, Sarrià yesterday against Alicante (33-34). Those of Josep Espar had done the most complicated thing: to turn around an adverse marker of 26-31 when they had twelve minutes by the end to put two goals in front (33-31). But with 33-32 and with three minutes to go, one of those actions that soiled the sport took place. A brawl stopped the game for almost half an hour and this distracted a Sarrià who had done things very well until then. But in the last three minutes, after the game resumed, he was unable to see goal.

Girona had come out very well on the court, reaching a five-goal lead in the first half (15-10) that the visitors would manage to dry to go over at the end of the first 30 minutes (16-17). It seemed that Alicante would sentence the game soon when they got a five-goal lead in the second half (26-31), but a good local defense, with a great Aleix Toro under sticks, made Sarrià return to the game. Those of Espar were in a sweet moment and had put 33-31, only broken by a goal of De Novias from the seven meters (33-32).

But it was here that the black note of the party came about. The visiting Linares was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle. Then he faced the fans, and all this ended a brawl that had the game stopped for half an hour because then the visitor Moreno began to push wrong and shot in the middle of the court and Josep Ballester ended with the open eyebrow. All this distracted a Sarrià who came with good dynamics, but when the game resumed he was not on the court and ended up losing.
