Coinciding with Luka Dončić’s return to court last night against the Los Angeles Clippers, NBA 2K is paying tribute to the Slovenian superstar with a video homage that shows some of his career highlights, from his NBA debut to a global phenomenon and global cover athlete for NBA 2K22, everyone aged 22 and over.
Luke’s comeback culminated in the Dallas Mavericks beating the Los Angeles Clippers in extra time, a team he played against in two exciting playoff series that saw Dončić make history and break several of the formidable records in this tribute video.
Including the highest score on a playoff debut in NBA history with 42 points and the first player to score more than 250 points, more than 70 rebounds and more than 70 assists in his first eight games after the season.
