Motivated by a new call to the Colombia National Team, this time for the Qatar 2022 World Cup Qualifying matches, Yerson Candelo was happy with the call, but committed to helping them get the nine points that will be at stake against Uruguay, Brazil and Ecuador.
“It is a source of pride, although we would be more proud if more players from our League call. There are great players and the matches are very level. The fact that Nacional is the leader in the table, gives them attention to us and that we can be chosen for the Colombian National Team ”, Candelo highlighted.
In addition, “the coaching staff and the players are focused on making a family, being united. We have very good conditions and it gives us the opportunity to break each paradigm and we hope it starts with a triumph in Uruguay ”.
For Candelo, the concentration will have to be total if they want to defeat direct rivals who are above Colombia in the table.
