Women’s badminton continues cruising, semifinals with Danish Open singles and doubles

The women’s badminton team continued their cruise at the Danish Open Championship.

Women’s singles Ahn Se-young (Samsung Life Insurance, world ranking 8th) beat Fusala Sindhu (India) in the women’s singles quarterfinals of the World Badminton Federation (BWF) World Tour Super 1000 Denmark Open held in Odense, Denmark on the 22nd (local time) with a set score of 2 -0 (21-11 21-12) and advanced to the semifinals.

On the same day, Kim So-young (Incheon International Airport) and Gong Hee-yong (Jeonbuk Bank), who participated in the women’s doubles quarterfinals on the same day, defeated Liu Xuan-Xuan-Xiaiting (China) 2-0 (21-11 21-17).
