“Tour of 2022 gets a ride with start in Binche” | Tour De France

It was already known that the Tour will start in 2022 with a three-day event in Denmark. A rest day follows on Monday to make the move to France and via a passage through northern France, with allegedly another Roubaix ride, it then goes to Binche. Laurent Devin, the mayor of the city in Hainaut, will attend the course presentation on Thursday. According to French media, passages about La Planche des Belles Filles and Alpe d’Huez would also be confirmed there.

In 2019, our country received ‘Le Grand Départ’ and then the third stage started in Binche. It was then fifty years ago that Eddy Merckx won his first Tour and a big cycling party broke loose in Brussels. Slovenian Tadej Pogacar won the two most recent editions of The large loop.
