The prosecutor is asking for two years and nine months in prison for Sandro Rosell for tax fraud

Barcelona prosecutor Pedro Castro asks two years and nine months from prison to the former president of Futbol Club Barcelona Sandro Rosell for frau fiscal, according to the writ given by ‘El Periódico’ .. He also asks you to pay one more from 300.000 euros and that you lose the chance to get public subsidies or tax incentives. According to prosecutor Rosell, he defrauded the Treasury of 230,951 euros in 2012, but applied the mitigation to repair the damage because the former president paid the amount defrauded with interest, 287,911 euros. Castro believes that through the company Toc SLU, incorporated in 2009, Rosell invoiced the “bulk of activities”, but states that the company had no “structure” to provide services.

The firm was domiciled in Rosell’s house and the five people who worked there cleaned and maintained two homes owned by the former Barça manager. The prosecutor states that through this company he obtained income that he did not declare in the self-assessment of personal income tax amounting to 352,382 euros. The only OCD activity, Castro says, was “subletting offices” in the property that Rosell had rented at the same time.

Thus, according to the prosecution, this company invoiced amounts for this value to customers who “were of the same” investigated. The conduct made it possible to “hide” Rosell’s remuneration for professional services to third parties.
