It’s time for the TrashTalk Aperitif! No tweezers and a well-hung tongue, this is the manual for discussing around « 75 Greatest », a group of exceptional players who honor the exploits of gaming legends over the decades. For the full list of this Top 75 all-time, it’s right HERE!

Logical continuation of the Top 50 announced on October 29, 1996 – with the aim of celebrating a league that has become fifty years old -, the « 75 Greatest » were revealed this week, over three days. From Tuesday to Thursday, each evening was an opportunity to focus on the newly selected, before providing the content of the debates naturally caused. If the revelations of the first two installments took place in calm and complicity, the last twenty-five names came to slip a suspicion (three trucks) of animosity. Completing such a prestigious list amounts to indirectly revealing the forgotten, but also highlighting the alleged impostors, those for whom the selection was generous. No Pau Gasol, Tony Parker, Vince Carter, Manu Ginobili, Dikembe Mutombo or Dwight Howard, but seats bearing the names of Carmelo Anthony, Damian Lillard and Anthony Davis. Revolted? So much the better, because we have 47 minutes to devote to you, just to let go – or not – the pressure.

You know the formula. We settle down comfortably, we have something to nibble on, we listen and we react if we want, all in a good mood.
