Hunan Daily, October 28 (all-media reporter Gong Yali) On October 27, the 4th Hunan Middle School Games for more than one month ended in Loudi No. 1 Middle School. As the host of the Fifth Provincial Middle School Games, Hengyang took over the flag of the Provincial Middle School Games.
This Games is hosted by the Provincial Department of Education, Provincial Sports Bureau, and the Hunan Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League, and undertaken by the Loudi Education Bureau, the Loudi Culture, Tourism and Sports Bureau, and the Communist Youth League Loudi Municipal Committee. A total of 15 delegations, 157 teams, and 2,138 athletes in the province participated in 9 major events and 100 minor events in swimming, football, table tennis, track and field, volleyball, badminton, aerobics, basketball, and martial arts.
After the competition, the Changsha City delegation won the first place in the total score of the group with a high score of 1244 points. The Loudi City delegation won the second place in the total score of the group. The Chenzhou City delegation and the provincial delegation were tied for third place in the total score of the group. At the closing ceremony, 15 delegations from the provincial government, Changsha, Hengyang, Zhuzhou, and Xiangtan won the “Sports Ethics Award.”
