About SAI JAPAN VINTAGE
Inspired by traditional Japanese kimono culture, SAI JAPAN VINTAGE started in New York in 2020. We remake a large amount of kimono and cloth that are stored without being used, and reborn as new clothes. Through the clothes of this brand, we would like to create opportunities for more people to come into contact with kimono, convey the beauty of kimono to the next generation and people all over the world, and preserve Japanese culture.
A pop-up will be held on the 1st floor of Kyoto Shinpuhkan for 3 days from October 15th (Friday) to October 17th (Sunday). The theme is “RE: WEAR”.
With the aim of solving problems such as disposal, which is an issue in the apparel industry, we sell products using all vintage cloth.
