The two teams met in Kefarsava for the second day in a row and both times the housewives were superior, entering the 1/16 final.
Initially, RVS / LU planned to hold a response game in Latvia, however, after the introduction of the “arcade”, the Israelis agreed to offer both games away. It would be difficult to organize an epidemiologically safe bubble in Riga, so the team refused to take advantage of the home field.
It has already been reported that on Wednesday in the first game of both teams RVS / LU lost 0: 3.
RVS / LU volleyball players participated in the CEV Challenge Cup for the third season in a row, but so far they have not progressed beyond the first round. RVS / LU is the only Latvian volleyball team that started in one of the three CEV club tournaments in the 2021/2022 season. The CEV Challenge Cup is a third level tournament after the Champions League and CEV Cup.
