Meeting Saint-Girons / Varilhes / Lézat. As part of the resumption of activity at Saint-Girons Basket-ball (SGBB), a U9 / U10 plateau between two teams from Saint-Girons and two teams from Varilhes took place at the François Camel gymnasium. Plateau followed at 2 p.m. by a Saint-Girons match against Lézat, in the U10 / U11 category.
Training open to all
Under restrictive conditions, due to the health protocol in force, training resumed on September 6. The club welcomes practitioners from the age of 6 (in “babys”) to “seniors and over” (with a veteran Leisure group of all ages). The numbers are gradually growing and, to date, 8 teams are involved in the various Ariège / Haute-Garonne championships.
Are you looking for a sport to practice, but you haven’t found which one yet? The SGBB offers you an introduction to basketball, without obligation. This year, the club is innovating by offering, on Mondays from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., in the gymnasium of the college of Couserans, a “discovery and initiation” slot led by Nicolas – and open to girls born between 2007 and 2010.
