Last weekend, three players from the Amicale laïque de Plœmeur badminton club went to Beaucouzé (Maine-et-Loire) to compete in the first interregional youth circuit of the season.
The results are very satisfactory for Dorian Hypousteguy, Louenn André and Timothée Laudrin.
Dorian wins two singles matches out of the four played. Louenn for his part, stopped at the gates of the final in mixed doubles minimal. Timothée lost in the semi-finals in the junior men’s singles and doubles.
These encouraging results secure them a place for the next interregional competition which will take place at home on December 18 and 19.
At the same time, twenty-four players were involved in the second departmental youth trophy of the season which took place in Ploërmel and Lanester and many podiums were achieved.
