The Emiliano Romagnolo Group of Sports Journalists (Gers) organized a meeting this morning between the students of the Bertolucci Liceo Sportivo and the sports excellences of Parma who over the year brought prestige to the name of the city.
They were present Giulia Ghiretti e Fausto Desalu, Olympic medals in the recent Tokyo games, and representatives of the Parma baseball who in July brought back the European baseball club title to Parma.
Our company was represented by the president Luca Meli, by the technician Marcello Saccardi and yes Alex Sambucci, appointed Most Valuable Player of the continental event.

The presentation of the book will take place tomorrow afternoon “The diamond is forever“(Terre di Mezzo Editore), written by the journalist from Parma Mario Salvini. The meeting with the writer – organized by Parma baseball – is scheduled for 6.30 pm at the Circolo Dipendenti Sanità in Via Confalonieri Casati 22.
The presentation will be moderated by Mario Mascitelli, technician with international experience, director of the Teatro del Cerchio di Parma and, above all, protagonist of the work on the life and illness of Lou Gehrig.
The entrance to the meeting with Mario Salvini it will obviously be subject to compliance with current Covid-19 regulations.
