Lloyd Harris (32, 7)

Unlike last year, Zizou Bergs was unable to stunt at the European Open. The 22-year-old Belgian lost in two sets against South African Lloyd Harris. Bergs sold his house dearly, but had no recourse against the strong storage of the number 32 in the world.

A year ago, Zizou Berg’s surprised friend and foe by beating Albert Romas in the first round. It was then the first ATP victory ever for the Limburger.

Bergs should outdo himself in this edition of the European Open as well. In the first set, the Belgian was allowed to dream of that for a long time. He failed to break the South African storage gun, but continued to serve himself perfectly. In the tiebreak, Harris pulled the sheet to himself.

Bergs and Harris continued to serve excellently for a long time in the second set. Until Bergs lost his serve game at 3-4. It immediately marked the end of his adventure in front of the home crowd, as Harris served out the game clear.
