NBA: summary of the matches of Tuesday, October 26, 2021, including the Warriors-Thunder duel

Luguentz Dort had the heavy task of covering Stephen Curry at times and the Montrealer gave it their all, but in the end, the Golden State Warriors had the best 106-98 over the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Curry ended his night a with 23 points in just over 32 minutes of play. He had four of his nine downtown attempts.

Andrew Wiggins also shone offensively for the Warriors with 21 points to his score. For his part, Dort had 11 points, four rebounds and three assists in the loss.

The Thunder’s attack went through Shai Gilgeous-Alexander who concluded his evening with 30 points.

Davis takes over without LeBron

Even in the absence of LeBron James, the Los Angeles Lakers were able to have the last word with an overtime win of 125 to 121 in front of the San Antonio Spurs.

Ahead of the meeting, it was announced that James would be sidelined with ankle pain. Anthony Davis took matters into his own hands for LA with an impressive night of 35 points and 17 rebounds. Russell Westbrook came close to securing a hat-trick with 33 points, 10 rebounds and eight assists.

The Lakers managed a 29-point surge against 17 in the fourth quarter to force overtime. They then added 11 points to their counter to obtain the victory.

Jakob Poetl had a good game for Spurs with 27 points and 14 rebounds. His teammate Dejounte Murray for his part managed a hat-trick with 21 points, 12 rebounds and 15 assists.
