NBA results: the best Chicago from Jordan. Denver flop, high Clippers

DeRozan decisive with Toronto, Valanciunas unlocks Pelicans, Miami wins the Florida derby

Chicago continues to win (4-0, best start to the season since 1996) and also passes to Toronto, Miami beats the Magic in the Florida derby while the Clippers dominate Portland.

The Heat wiped out the Magic stamina with a score of 12-2 in the last quarter and won the Florida Derby. Jimmy Butler injures Magic’s defense in the painted area and eventually scores 36 points. 13 points and nine assists on the bench for a Tyler Herro who started the season well.

They still have to face big teams but the Bulls continue to send some very encouraging signals to their fans by achieving another success in Toronto and thus maintaining their seasonal invincibility. Making a difference in Canada is still a very missed ex like DeRozan. The former Raptors and Spurs have in fact signed 11 of his 26 points in the final stage, making a fundamental contribution to the attack of the Bulls. 17 assists, however, for VanVleet, his career record.

Valanciunas makes a big voice under the basket (22 points and 23 rebounds), Ingram and Graham find the retina with continuity and Nola puts under the Timberwolves betrayed by a disappointing D’Angelo Russell: 3/14 from the field.

The intriguing Cavaliers are racing to be one of the surprises of the season and with personality they bring the Nuggets to Colorado. Cleveland defends with order and energy, forcing Denver to a measly 23% long distance and strength up to 21 turnovers. In attack Kevin Love returns incisively and signs 22 points in 21 ‘on the field, Jarrett Allen’s performance is also very solid: 21 points and 16 rebounds.

LA Clippers-Portland 116-86

First success of the season for the Clippers who dominate the disappointing Blazers. LA starts with his foot on the accelerator and immediately sets the record straight, escaping the +18 already at the beginning of the second quarter.
