NBA – NBA: First victory for Dallas – Hartenstein convinces with the Clippers

Cologne (SID) – National basketball player Maximilian Kleber celebrated the first NBA win of the season with the Dallas Mavericks. The Würzburger contributed five points and rebounds to the 103:95 success at the Toronto Raptors. The most conspicuous player of the Mavs, who had received an 87: 113 rub-off at the start with the Atlanta Hawks, was once again Luka Doncic (27 points, nine rebounds, twelve assists). Isaac Bonga came off the bench at Toronto and the Guard rebounded.

Newcomer Isaiah Hartenstein showed an appealing performance in the 114: 120 of his Los Angeles Clippers against the Memphis Grizzlies with eleven points and four rebounds in just under 16 minutes.

Things are not going as well for Dennis Schröder at his new NBA station in Boston. The record champions of the North American professional league lost their second game of the season against Toronto 83-115 on Saturday night. The fans said goodbye to their team with boos. Schröder (28) came off the bench and only recorded four points and four assists with four ball losses. Boston’s new coach Ime Udoka wants to use the boos as “motivation”: “We deserved it the way we played.”

The Wagner brothers Franz and Moritz received a similar slap with the Orlando Magic at 96: 121 against the New York Knicks. Rookie Franz Wagner (20) was still convincing and with 16 points was the most successful point collector of his weak team. Moritz Wagner (24) received significantly less playing time and scored six points. The Magic had already lost their opening game significantly.
