NBA: Defeats for Warriors and Bulls, double-double glue

The Chicago Bulls and Golden State Warriors are no longer unbeaten this season. Maxi Kleber could be proud of his stats. The NBA on Friday morning.

That’s it for the first time with the dream start. Both the Bulls and the Warriors now have a 1 in their Loss column. Chicago lost to old rivals New York Knicks at home with 103: 104 after a race to catch up with a strong final quarter – three minutes before the end it was 91: 104. In the end, however, the winners were Kemba Walker (21 points), RJ Barrett (20) & Co., both teams are 4-1 wins.

The Warriors also lost for the first time at 101: 104 after extra time against the Memphis Grizzlies – despite Steph Curry’s 36 points. The match winner was Ja Morant, who made the 30 points with a successful drive to the basket 58 seconds before the end and silenced the home fans. Curry didn’t hit a single throw in Q4 and overtime (0/6).

Only jazz are undefeated – Kleber’s block party

This makes the Jazz the only remaining team that has won all of its previous season games. At 122: 91 at the Houston Rockets around Daniel Theis (seven points), Rudy Gobert (16/14) and Bojan Bogdanovic (19) went ahead.

Maxi Kleber and the Dallas Mavericks meanwhile remain on the road to success. Led by superstar Luka Doncic (25 points), the Mavs won 104-99 against the San Antonio Spurs and landed their third win in a row. Big Man Kleber managed a double-double with twelve points and ten rebounds. His six blocked throws were also remarkable – he had only managed that once in his career. “I needed that 100 percent. It’s been a while since I had so many blocks and contested throws,” said Kleber.
