Adrián Yánez, the new national women’s wheelchair basketball coach, provided this Wednesday the list of twelve summoned for the European dispute in Madrid next December, with the news of Naiara Rodríguez and María Heras.
The UNES FC Barcelona player and the Vital Zuzenak Foundation player are the only ones in the squad who were not at the Tokyo Paralympic Games last summer and occupy the slots of Cruz Ruiz and Judith Núñez.
The rest of those summoned for the continental event that will be held from December 4 to 12 are Gabriela Michell Navarro (Amivel), Almudena Montiel and Virginia Pérez (Amiab Albacete), Sara Revuelta (Ilunion), Beatriz Zudaire, Isabel De Jesús López, Lourdes Ortega, Sonia Ruiz and Virginia Alonso (UCAM Murcia) and Agurtzane Egiluz (Vital Zuzenak Foundation).
