Paris St.-Germain had a late home win at the start of the twelfth round in Ligue 1, defeating champions Lille 2-1.
Jonathan David had shot the troubled title holder in the Prinzenparkstadion in the 31st minute in the front, Paris captain Marquinhos in the 74th minute for the 1: 1 equalization of the sheik ensemble, before the strong Angel di Maria the 2: 1 – Scored winning goal (88th).
At that point, superstar Lionel Messi was no longer on the field. Coach Mauricio Pochettino took the six-time world footballer off the field at half-time and brought Mauro Icardi for the storm center. The sick Kylian Mbappe was missing from the squad.
With the tenth win of the season, the Parisians consolidated their clear lead, with one game more than ten points ahead of Lens. Defending champion Lille slipped to eleventh place.

In Paris, the guests had been the more dangerous team from the start. Burak Yilmaz failed in the second minute to Paris goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma, Jonathan Ikone moved only centimeters in the 14th minute. But in the 31st minute the ball floundered in the net, David had used a Yilmaz pass to lead the reigning title holder – 1-0.
Only after the goal did the Parisians wake up. Di Maria was only centimeters missing in the 40th minute, Messi was several meters away when he graduated in the 45th minute.

Even after the break, Lille was closer to the second goal, David initially failed to Donnarumma (47th), put his finish over the bar in the 57th minute. On the other hand, Lille keeper Ivo Grbic had little trouble with a Di Maria finish (59th).
But in the shooting phase, the Parisians pressed on the equalizer, Icardi put his header over the bar in the 73rd minute, before Marquinhos did better after a cross from Di Maria to make it 1-1 (74th).
The starting shot of a Paris final offensive, in which Icardi again moved just inches before Di Maria fixed the 2-1 victory in the 88th minute and shot a Neymar pass flat.
