Meanwhile, Wilfried Zaha also spoke up to respond to the racial attack that befell him via Instagram Story.

Zaha wants strict action on this problem so it doesn’t happen again.

The former Manchester United player himself is very concerned about racial issues that often occur in English football.

In February, Zaha said, he would stop kneeling before matches.

He judged kneeling before a game was not the right way to deal with racism.

According to Zaha, players should even stand up straight instead of kneeling which in his view seems like condescending.

The Man City vs Crystal Palace match itself is the 10th week of the 2021-2022 Premier League match.

The Citizens were forced to swallow the bitter pill at home after being defeated by Crystal Palace 0-2.

Wilfried Zaha performed brilliantly throughout the match and was able to contribute one goal for Crystal Palace in this match.

The goal made Wilfried Zaha the first Crystal Palace player to score 50 goals in the Premier League.

The brilliant action of the player from the Ivory Coast even forced Man City to play with 10 men in the second half.

The reason, Man City defender Aymeric Laporte got a red card after committing a professional foul to Zaha.
