Trained at El Palo and Unicaja, he faces his first experience as first coach at Abejas de León
Pablo García’s first professional experience as the head coach of a professional team has been a great success. The Malaga coach has been chosen as the best Western conference coach in the Mexican league after signing an excellent regular season with Abejas de León.
The team led by García finished the first part of the season in second position and made their debut in the title phase with a win over the Astros de Jalisco in the conference semifinals.
García already had extensive experience as an assistant coach after several seasons in the Mexican league and also in other South American countries and with the Mexican team itself. Last summer the Abejas de León gave him the opportunity to move to the front line and the experience has been very positive, something that has endorsed this individual award.
