“After years of application in the field – explains Coppari – I can declare that I have found the best approach that allows young people to never get bored, not to think of judo as a stretch but as a natural way to express their attitudes without having to enter immediately in competition “.

Riccardo Coppari Judo teacher, third Dan black belt and multiple medal winner at the Italian University Championships, he is a graduate and teacher of Motor Sciences. The “perfect” adjective used by Riccardo Coppari refers to the five levels of teaching proposed by this didactic path, which contain different experiences, traditional, modern and neuroscientific on learning. “Through the 5 conative stages – explains Coppari – it is possible to establish at what level a student is and to bring him to a higher level of competence, respecting his physical and cognitive growth, always keeping his level of motivation high”.
