The 31 – year – old, who on June 26 during the first stage of the Tour de France caused a massive fall, will be tried this Thursday by a court in the French city of Brest, in French Brittany. The woman was prosecuted for “endanger other people“and for”involuntary injuries“which caused the injured a work disability of no more than three months, according to various French regional media.
The identity of the perpetrator of the accident has never been made public, only age, sex and area of residence, in Breton Finisterre. The woman, according to the same sources, faces one fine of 15,000 euros i a one year in prison.
