After winning the UEFA Nations League between France, the Hernandez brothers suddenly felt bad. Lucas was sentenced to prison, while Theo tested positive for Covid-19.
France and Bayern Munich defender Lucas Hernandez has been sentenced to six months in prison by a Spanish court for violating a detention order.
Hernandez was sentenced for an incident that occurred in 2017. At that time, he and his girlfriend, Amelia Ossa Llorente, got into a violent argument on a street in Madrid.
Although no one has filed charges, Llorente was taken to hospital with minor injuries. Hernandez was charged with domestic violence.

Hernandez was sentenced to a month of community service, as was Llorente. The two were also prohibited from approaching each other or communicating in any way for six months.
However, the 25-year-old was later arrested upon his return to Madrid for his post-wedding honeymoon.
Hernandez has been given a suspended six-month prison sentence in 2019 for violating his detention order. The player’s appeal was rejected.
Now, the former Atletico Madrid player has received a summons to attend a court hearing in Madrid on October 19 regarding the sentence.
“Mr Lucas Francois Bernard Hernandez was summoned to appear before this Court on 19 October 2021 at 11:00, to be personally asked to go to prison voluntarily within ten days, in the correctional institution of his choice,” read a statement released by the Madrid court.
Bad news for Hernandez, who has just led the French national team to win the UEFA Nations League after beating Spain 2-1 in the final last weekend.
