End of the great adventure for Xavier Malisse in Antwerp

Malisse and Harris, released at the gates of the singles final by Jannik Sinner at the start of the program, were beaten 6-4, 6-2 after 66 minutes of play by the Dutch Wesley Koolhof (ATP 18 in doubles) and Jean-Julien Rojer (ATP 37 in doubles), seeds N.3.

The enthusiasm of the supporters, the talent of the Cape Town right-hander and the beautiful remnants of X-Man were not enough against specialists in the discipline. Koolhof, 32, has already won the Masters doubles as veteran Rojer, 40, has won two Grand Slam tournaments, Wimbledon 2015 and the US Open 2017, and has previously been ranked 3rd at the ATP.

In the final of this hard-fought event with 508,600 euros, the Dutch will challenge the French Nicolas Mahut and Fabrice Martin, seeded N.2.
