El Pozo Alimentación will be the sponsor of the Huelva 2021 Badminton World Cups, one of the most important annual sporting events in the world that will begin on November 28 with the senior phase and will continue with the absolute phase from December 12 to 19 in the Andalusian city.
The food company incorporates in its plan to support Spanish sport a new sporting event, one of the most important on an international scale and which gives the highest score to badminton athletes, at the same level as the Olympic Games.
The company renews its commitment to sport, which is one of the basic pillars of its policy due to the values it represents, and becomes the image of these world championships due to its international importance. The brand will be present in all the activities that take place on the occasion of the celebration of the championship.
The sponsorship agreement has been ratified at the facilities of El Pozo Alimentación, in Alhama de Murcia, in an act in which the president of the company, Tomás, Fuertes; the CEO, José Fuertes; the mayor of Huelva, Gabriel Cruz; and the president of the Spanish Badminton Federation, Andoni Azurmendi.
This will be the third edition to be organized in Spain. It is a great global event that, in its different competition dates, will summon more than 30,000 face-to-face visitors, 2,000 athletes of 50 different nationalities and will reach 614 million homes all over the world through the different multimedia platforms and the broadcasting of the event through 21 televisions.
