When you are in pain, have a problem, or feel unwell, in most cases you can get help. Human beings just need to dial a number on their phone and start a phone call, or ask for assistance from the person closest to us.
For i our animal friends this is not always the case. If they are domestic puppies, for them there are their human parents, who as soon as they realize that something is wrong, they run to the vet to alleviate the problem of the animal. But if they are four-legged stray, hardly anyone notices them.
They have to face the pain, the pain and everything that comes with it, alone. They are animals, and most of the time they drag themselves to a place they deem safe, hoping someone will notice them, and if that doesn’t happen stay there until the pain passes, or unfortunately until the worst happens. .
And just a sad end would have been the fate of Hazel, a badly injured dog who was found in Houston, Texas, outside a baseball field. Her condition was critical and the volunteers who found her reported that the pain she felt was very strong, and if she tried to move “he would just scream and couldn’t get around“.

Hazel is one little dog which was found outside a baseball field in Texas, precisely to Houston, with the fractured forelegs. She was unable to move due to too much pain.
As soon as the volunteers saw her, they tried to ease the discomfort she felt by putting temporary splints on her damaged legs and giving her medicines.
In the transport car, with the painkillers that had worked, she looked out the window, curious to find out what was outside.
Upon arrival at the clinic, and after the necessary checks, she was subjected to an operation. All the volunteers were really worried, because unfortunately the duration of the surgery was longer than expected and the pain that the little four-legged had to endure increased.
Now the danger seems to have passed. Hazel sleeps peacefully, always helped by some medicines, and from the checkups it seems that everything is going for the best. She will have to stay hospitalized longer than expected in the clinic, but she is confident in her rehabilitation and on the strength of this tender fighter to recover as soon as possible, returning so happy and ready to find a family.
