By a show of hands, 36 to 9, the President of the Salvadoran Badminton Federation, Armando Bruni, won the Presidency of the El Salvador Olympic Committee (COES) tonight.
In an Assembly closed to the media, Bruni overcame the candidate and vice president of COES, Fabrizzio Hernández, who, after several days of silence, launched his candidacy in the last hours.
For the 2021-2024 period, Bruni will chair the CECOES board of directors, which is complemented by: Gloria de Henríquez, Roberto Calderón, Sandra de Uceda, Claudia de Hernández, Alberto Cabrera and Salvador Salguero.
