Damian Lillard responds to comments from LeBron and Davis!

If Damian Lillard is having a complicated start to the season on the floors, the leader of the Blazers remains active on social networks. Recently, he responded to LeBron James and Anthony Davis after their recent comments about Carmelo Anthony.

Everything is going well for Carmelo Anthony. At more than 37 years old, the former Nuggets had yet another great night of scoring against the Cavaliers, and is now running at nearly 16 points on average over the entire season. A real significant production which obviously delights the fans of the Lakers, but also (and especially) a certain LeBron James.

A great friend of Melo, who is with him the only survivor of the 2003 Draft, the King made a point of recalling a few days ago that “no one wanted Melo anymore”. Words then supported by Anthony Davis, and which found their answer in the person of Damian Lillard.

Lillard’s clever post after LeBron and Davis’ comments

On Twitter, Dame DOLLA has indeed liked the tweet below, which consists of an unequivocal excerpt when we are interested in the lyrics:

LeBron: “Nobody wanted Melo anymore”

Literally Lady: “I can’t jump everywhere like in a pogo, Melo is at SoHo (private club in LA, editor’s note), always there with a logo pull-up. My n **** for life, they tried to keep him away from the league but he was made to sign the deal ”

It is true that it was the Blazers, with the endorsement of Lillard, who ended Carmelo Anthony’s desert crossing a few years ago. It was in Oregon that the number 3 of the 2003 Draft was able to relaunch quietly, show that he still had some under the hood, and now shine in Los Angeles. The proof with his 24 pawns against Cleveland on the night from Friday to Saturday:

Damian Lillard doesn’t want to let LeBron James and Anthony Davis take over Melo’s monopoly: the Blazers point guard was the first to bring him back, when it was most risky, and he doesn’t want it to be forget.
