The Cordoba women’s basketball team won the Andalusian championship by beating Huelva 77-52 in the final of La Línea de la Concepción. Córdoba had already defeated Jaén 56-6 in the first phase, Granada 85-35 and Malaga 71-61 in the anticipated final.
The squad of the champion team was made up of Alejandra Cívico, Paula Romero, Celia Serrano, Lucía del Valle and Sandra Zurita (BF La Carlota), Cristina Berlanga, Matxalen Carreras and Cristina Merino (Adeba), Luna Calleja, Adriana Calvo and Marta Lopera (Cordobasket ) and Julia Arévalo (La Salle).
