Tournament organized by Club Hiroshima had about 150 competitors
The representative of the Maho de Alto Hospicio Club, was classified champion of the regional federated judo tournament that was organized by the Hiroshima Club of Iquique, under the control of the Chilean federation of this contact sport, whose national director Judith Rivera, was present at the contest.
The championship was played in the gym “Daniela Alarcón” of the local association, where they were present, about 150 judocas from the clubs; Lions of Tarapacá, Hokuto, Andresensei, Nagasaki, Dragon, English School and Hiroshima of Iquique, as well as the Maho Club of Alto Hospicio and the Shihan Club of Pozo Almonte.
Fights were disputed in the categories of; sub 7, sub 9, sub 11, sub 12, sub 15, sub 18, sub 21 and all competitors, the winners being awarded medals, which were delivered by some authorities who were present.
The first place by teams was obtained by the Maho Club from Alto Hospicio, second from Hiroshima from Iquique and third from Hokuto from Iquique, while among the winners, they stood out among others; Emmy Martínez from the Leones de Tarapacá Club; Patricio Urra from the Maho Club; Cristofer Lea from Club Hiroshima and Diana Saavedra from Maho, among other winners.
