During the entire event, Ruth González Silva, President of the Board of Directors of the State System for the Integral Development of the Family (DIF), was present, who observed the practices and chatted with the athletes, and in her message to all the participants she highlighted the respect and admiration for all those Potosinas and Potosinos “who with their hearts in between, show day by day that the only disability is the lack of will.”

For his part, Edmundo Ríos Jáuregui, general director of INPODE, said that the disciplines of adapted sport over the years have lacked resources, further highlighting that despite this they always obtain outstanding results.
