I Birmingham Squadron are a basketball team from Birmingham, Alabama, which plays in the NBA Development League, the professional development league of the National Basketball Association.
They were born in 2019 as Erie BayHawks, to replace the homonymous team that moved to Georgia under the name of College Park Skyhawks.
In 2021 the franchise changed ownership and moved to Alabama, taking on its current name.
