Basketball / NBA – At 36, what can we expect from Lebron James?

We all know Lebron is a cyborg, and it’s been going on for 18 years. At 36 is he still the same monster and what can we expect from him?

The past few seasons have served as a reminder that Lebron James was human, the Chosen One has had several long injuries since joining the Lakers in 2018. This last season he injured his ankle and arrived in the playoffs at 60% of his capacity which led to an early elimination of the Angelinos against the band of Chris Paul.

This offseason saw the arrival of a player like no other, Russell Westbrook. We know how much Brodie gives 100% in each game which will allow the King to rest a little in the regular season to arrive strong in the playoffs. The prospect of having Westbrook-Davis or other lineups with the King on the bench can reassure the Lakers.

Rob Pelinka, the GM of the Lakers is not the only one to have worked a lot this summer, Lebron James has lost a lot of weight and has become thinner than before. According to the staff of the Lakers, King James is much more explosive than before.

To conclude Lebron James is approaching 37 years old, but with the arrival of Westbrook we risk seeing him save a lot for the play-offs and with his weight loss he risks avoiding injury. It is recalled that Lebron is approaching more and more the career points record of Kareem Abdul-Jabbar (38,387). Finally we know how important it is for him to win, and he will do everything to. So fan or not of the King, we can only admire this perseverance, so let’s take advantage of Akron’s child before it’s too late.
