Baseball – Baseball: Houston Astros equal in major league sport

Houston (AP) – In the World Series for the title in Major League Baseball, the Houston Astros have equalized.

After beating the Atlanta Braves 2: 6 at the start, the Astros won their home game 7: 2. After the second inning, the 2017 champions led 4-1. Whoever has four wins first in best-of-seven mode wins the title. The third game is on Friday evening (local time) after a day’s break. The Atlanta Braves have won the championship three times so far, most recently in 1995.

For the Astros, the 2017 title was the only one in the World Series so far. Despite a proven fraud, the team was allowed to keep the championship. It is now in the final series for the first time since the allegations became known two years ago.
