Australian Open> Vaccination requirement is moving away, Djokovic can breathe

The management of the organization of the Australian Open communicated the status of its latest work with the government.

This email which was to remain confidential has therefore leaked on social networks and the news is simple.

The vaccinated players will be free of their movement upon arrival, the others will have to respect a very strict quarantine of 14 days.

This therefore means that there will be no vaccination obligation to participate in the tournament.

If this is formalized in the coming days, it would mean that the Novak Djokovic case is closed.

The Serb will be able to defend his title with the slight disadvantage of being “locked” for 14 days in a room while the other vaccinated champions will be free to move.
