ATP – Antwerp> Schwartzman on Murray: “I have a lot of respect for him because, growing up, I saw him fight against Federer, Nadal and Djokovic”

As he faced Andy Murray for the very first time in his career in Antwerp, Diego Schwartzman got the job done by winning in straight sets against the British champion (6–4, 7–6). After the meeting, in a press conference, the Argentinian explained how facing the former world number 1 was so important to him.

“It was a pleasure to play against Andy because we hadn’t played against each other before. We can see that he is coming back to a very good level and that he is moving better and better. I have a lot of respect for him because, growing up, I saw him fight against Federer, Nadal and Djokovic. And now I’m playing against him. So it’s obviously very special for me. “
