The Atlanta Braves beat the Houston Astros (3-2) on Saturday to extend their advantage in the MLB World Series (baseball) to 3-1. They are one hit away from the title.
The Braves, who have not won the final of the North American Championship since 1995, will have a first opportunity to be crowned Sunday, in front of their home crowd in Atlanta where they have never lost since the start of the play-offs ( 7 wins).
On Saturday, the Braves came out on top with back-to-back home runs from Dansby Swanson and Jorge Soler in the seventh set. The Houston Astros, however, led in the score thanks to a point from Yordan Alvarez scored on a strike from Carlos Correa in the first inning, then a home-run by José Altuve in the fourth inning.
