Thomalla fires her Zverev in the stands
Sophia Thomalla and Alexander Zverev announce their relationship at the beginning of October. Now they appear together in public – albeit with a lot of distance from one another. The presenter keeps her fingers crossed for the tennis star in Vienna on the grandstand.
Presenter Sophia Thomalla supported her friend, tennis star Alexander Zverev, at the ATP tournament in the Wiener Stadthalle. The fingers crossed seems to have paid off, the Hamburg professional athlete prevailed on the pitch against the Serb Filip Krajinović.
It was not until the beginning of October that Sophia Thomalla and Alexander Zverev announced their relationship with a turtle photo on Instagram. The presenter could be seen hugging and kissing a man, linked to the tennis star. “I still have an ace up my sleeve for 2021 …” added the 32-year-old to the photo.
Sophia Thomalla was previously in a relationship with soccer star Loris Karius, among others. In June, the couple had confirmed the separation. Alexander Zverev became a father in March. His ex-girlfriend, the former “Germany’s next top model” candidate Brenda Patea, announced the birth of her daughter Mayla on Instagram. The 24-year-old Zverev and Patea had separated before the birth of their child.
Patea doesn’t seem to think much of her ex-boyfriend’s new relationship. In an interview with RTL, she said dryly about the love headlines a few days ago: “You can’t ignore them. They’re just there and life goes on.”
