The Finals of the Italian Judo Cadet Championships organized by FIJLKAM took place on Saturday and Sunday at the Pala Pellicone in Lido di Ostia (RM). On Sunday, a Judo Olimpic Asti athlete also competed, accompanied by teacher Gianni Balladelli, Annalisa Cavagna enrolled in the category up to 63kg, category with 44 participating athletes.
The athlete from Asti clearly won the fights in the eliminatory phases and entered the semifinal where she was defeated. Fished out in the final, Annalisa Cavagna suffered a defeat again, thus finishing in fifth place. Satisfaction of the clubs and technicians with the result obtained given an injury that stopped the Asti woman for almost two months.
