The 97th Emperor’s Cup 3rd Round opens at 3 venues in Hokkaido, Osaka and Saga prefectures. Nagasaki Velca (B3), who has won the second round, won the 95th tournament with 85-84 in a come-from-behind victory over Sun Rockers Shibuya (B1).
