1.- They arrested three people accused of stealing the identity of five deceased and two survivors of the building that collapsed in Surfside. Bettsy Alejandra Cacho-Medina, 30, Kimberly Michelle Johnson, 38, and Rodney Choute, 34, obtained credit cards with which they spent about $ 45,000, after obtaining the names and social security of the victims.

2.- Miami Police Chief Art Acevedo is in serious trouble for supposedly saying that “Miami is run by the Cuban mafia.” The phrase sparked criticism from the police union, which asked the commander who he was referring to.
