L’A.S.D. AEROGYM, always careful to combine tradition and modernity, proposes JUDO game courses for children from the age of three and JUDO for teenagers.
JUDO represents not only a competitive sport but above all a philosophy and an educational method that teaches respect for oneself and for others, develops the principles of friendship and sharing, allows you to acquire greater awareness and confidence in your abilities and above all it does not promote violence.
The courses have an introductory character to sport and combine the playful and educational aspects. Children and young people are stimulated from a physical, mental and behavioral point of view.
The courses take place at the ASD AEROGYM headquarters located in via Cefalù n.143, every Monday and Wednesday starting at 17.00.
They also share the Predanza, Classical Dance and Modern Jazz courses at “L’école de danse” of the ASD AEROGYM with the teacher Maria Laura Galbato.
The courses will take place every Tuesday and Thursday starting at 4.30 pm at the ASD AEROGYM headquarters located in via Cefalù n.143.
