The battle for the title is defined. Jerry Shang and Daniel Rincón will play this Saturday the grand final of the US Open Junior. The Spaniard will seek to become the second Spaniard to win the tournament after 35 years. Daniel RinconFor his part, he made an impressive comeback against the Swiss Jerome Kym (12th) and ended up closing the match 3-6 7-6 6-4. Kym served for the game, but the Avila with pure heart turned the situation around. Dani, player of the Rafa Nadal Academy and Orange Bowl U16 championHe will try to win his first big title and emulate what Javier Sánchez Vicario did 35 years ago. Sánchez Vicario beat Argentine Franco Davin in the final of the New York Grand Slam in 1986.

Shang and Rincón faced each other only once, the native of Ávila prevailed by a crushing 6-3 6-0 in Roehampton semi-finals this year. Will the same story happen tomorrow? Rincón can make history and Spain once again has another promise that hopes to give great joys in the future.
