Roland Schmidt scored four points in the Spanish Super League (ACB) Super Cup final on Sunday, with his Barcelona team giving up 83:88 on Real Madrid.
The Barcelona were in the lead for most of the game and in the third quarter their lead was as high as 19 points, but the opponents ended the game with a breakthrough 10: 2 and celebrated the victory.
Schmidt played 15 minutes and 17 seconds on Sunday, during which two of the three two-point shots were fired in the basket, but all three of his long shots did not reach their goal. He also defeated four rebounds, violated the rules once, provoked one note and scored four efficiency points.
In the Barcelona ranks with 16 points, the most productive was Cory Higgins. The opponents scored 24 points by Serhio Lul, but 16 points, ten of them in the fourth quarter, and 11 rebounds were for Vencan Puirier.
Real has won the Spanish Super Cup seven times, Barcelona has five trophies and Vitoria Baskonia has won four.
