GAVORRANO – 4 thousand euros raised are the final result of the 2021 edition of Operation Heart, the charity project of Laura Romeo which every year raises funds for the less fortunate children of Gavorrano.
Also this summer there were numerous projects, which involved not only children and young people, but all citizens. Just last Thursday, in collaboration with the Red Cross, a fundraising dinner was held in the historic center of Gavorrano which was attended by many people.

At the Finoria park, on the other hand, the final day of the Onlus project took place yesterday with the traditional breaking of the piggy bank in the presence of the godmother Laura Romeo, the mayor Andrea Biondi and the representatives of the Red Cross and of Equal Opportunities Commission of Gavorrano.
The proceeds will be entirely donated to the Gavorrano Red Cross committee, which will purchase and distribute school materials for children belonging to families in economic and social difficulty.

In fact, the donations came from all over Italy and I am particularly grateful to Banca Tema which again this year has contributed to our project in an important way ».
Yesterday afternoon was entirely dedicated to sports with the performance of local sports clubs including the Bagno di Gavorrano tennis club, Asd Nuova Follonica, Country Spirit for country dance, the Odissea 2001 dance association, Gioele Pazzaglia for the shoot boxing, the Rosso Amaranto dance school, the Asd Basket le Rocce, the ASD Aequilibrium artistic, rhythmic and acrogym gymnastics, yoga by Roberto Marino and judo with the Nippon Bu-Do school.
