On three fronts to start

The Alfajarín and San Sebastián tournaments open the season this weekend of competitions of the national badminton calendar with a presence from Alto Aragon.

In the Under-19s, also with the cream of the crop on the national scene, Huesca La Magia has in the men’s category with Pablo Rodríguez and Hugo Escuer, this last ninth favorite. In females, Aurora Otín (which has the most complicated group with a first duel against the first favorite, the Asturian Laura Alvarez) and Julia Pomar. Both will also play doubles.

San Sebastián, with two S-13s

On Sunday, in San Sebastián, Huesca La Magia will participate in a TTR3 Stars destined for U-13 and U-17 categories. A tournament that brings together a majority of players from the northern area (Basque Country, Cantabria, Navarra and La Rioja, as well as Aragon) and which will include Gállego and Jorge Royo from Huesca, both U-13, who will also play in doubles .
