Bola.net – The Italian national team managed to set a record as the longest unbeaten national team on the international stage, which was 37 matches!
The record was previously held by the Brazilian national team. They went on a record 36 times unbeaten from 1993 to 1996.
Italy then equaled that record when they met Switzerland at St Jakob Park Stadium, Monday (06/09/2021) yesterday. At that time, Gli Azzurri failed to win.
They only drew 0-0. Even though Italy actually has a number of opportunities to score goals.

Italian 100 Percent Record
There are other records recorded by the Italian national team besides the unbeaten record. The Azzurri now have a 100 per cent record playing at Reggio-Emilia.
Of the four matches held in the city, Italy always won. Two of them were against Lithuania.
The Italian national team made this record through a long journey. It all started in October 2018 in the match against Ukraine. At that time the game ended in a 1-1 draw.
Of the 37 matches on the international stage, the Italian national team recorded 30 wins. The remaining seven ended in a draw.
