NBA: The French Frank Ntilikina, new gregarious for Luka Doncic

LThe Mavericks have signed Frank Ntilikina after the Knicks previously did not extend a renewal offer to him and he became a free agent. The Dallas franchise was looking for another player who could take the helm of the team and, ruled out Goran Dragic, who was the great goal and the one desired by Luka Doncic, they have taken the 23-year-old and 1.93-meter French.

Ntilikina, a French international and silver medalist at the recent Tokyo Games, has not lived up to expectations in his four seasons in New York. He was selected in eighth position in the 2017 draft, but since then he has barely made a difference in the team. He only started 55 of the 211 games he played, his NBA averages are 5.5 points, 2.0 rebounds and 2.7 assists. Last season it was 2.7, 0.9 and 0.6, respectively, although it had 47.9% from triple.

In Dallas, the French guard will have a new opportunity to prove that he is valid to play in the NBA and the Mavericks are made with a new gregarious for Doncic.
